Development of an individual logistic scheme for LLC Lenta

LLC Lenta is a network of hypermarkets and supermarkets all over Russia ( www.lenta.com). Central warehouses and distribution centers of Lenta are in Saint Petersburg, all logistics is built on consolidation of freight here and its further distribution to regions. Thus, delivery of goods intended for Siberia and the Far East, is protracted by several months and considerably grows in cost. In this connection Voskhod company launched a scheme of delivery and customs clearance of part of freight through the Far East. In this project we provided Lenta with a full range of services: sea freight SHENZHEN YANTIAN – Nakhodka, customs clearance in Nakhodka, forwarding, railway transportation Nakhodka Novosibirsk, road delivery in Novosibirsk to a warehouse.
